The most delicious chocolate cake should be juicy, fluffy, with a saturated cocoa flavor and a soft, melting cream. It took me a long while to find the perfect recipe, but my efforts and experiments were worth it. I can boldly say that this is the best recipe for the chocolate cake I have tried.

The good thing about it is that the tastes are balanced rather than intrusive chocolate. The swamp is airy and very juicy. It contains quality cocoa, and instead of butter, vegetable oil is used. The secret to his wonderful taste is that hot coffee is added, which awakens the cocoa and makes his taste very saturated.

And its biggest advantage is that you do not need any special gear – all products are mixed in a bowl using a metal stirrer and then poured into the baking pan. And now a little for the chocolate mousse. My Pride. It’s not that I found the hot water with him, but I improvised without following a recipe and took it for something really wonderful.

Here is the place to admit that I used 200g of black chocolate (min 60% cacao) and 200g milk chocolate with Milka pear. I know, this brand is not recommended for such recipes, but this new, seasonal flavor of chocolate and pear, I so much liked that I could not help but include it in the recipe.

The ready mousse is extremely fluffy because in it, besides chocolate and cream, there are also the eggs (which have undergone heat treatment) but let me not do more, you can read the detailed instructions yourself in the recipe 🙂

180g of flour
150g of sugar
125g of brown sugar
60g cocoa
1 and 1/4 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1 and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs, room temperature
140ml thick ayran
75 ml of oil
140ml of fresh, hot coffee
The oven is heated to 180 ° C.
Flour, the two types of sugar, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt are placed in a deep bowl and mixed well.
Eggs, oil, and araana mix and add to the dry ingredients. Everything mixes well.

Finally, the hot coffee is poured and the mixture is stirred until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Keep in mind that the mixture is relatively liquid, not like a classic cake / bake dough. That’s why it’s due to juice after baking, so do not worry. To be continued
