Lemonade and soft drinks. Fast lemonade. Mix in a food processor juice of 2 lemons, 50 g of sugar and 6 ice cubes and top up with 750ml cold water. Garnish glasses with lemon slices.
Apple drink. Cut into pieces 450 g apples, remove the core and crust. Stir in zest of one lemon and 175g caster sugar. Pour 600ml boiling water and let one night. Strain and add the juice of 1 lemon.
Hot punches. Wine punch. Put in a saucepan 2 liters red wine 450g soft brown sugar, 6 cinnamon sticks, 2 lemons, cut and pierced with little karamfilcheta and 1 tsp grated nutmeg. Heat slowly, begin to simmer, sandwiching and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 600 ml of brandy. Strain and serve hot. Fifteen or twenty servings.
Main eggnog. Blend in a food processor 7 and eggs 7 tablespoons caster sugar foamy mixture. Add 300 ml brandy. Heat gently 1.7 liters of milk, but not boil, and pour in the egg mixture. Mix well. Strain and serve in warmed glasses with plenty of grated nutmeg. Fifteen portions.
Rum eggnog. Instead 300ml brandy basic recipe take 150 ml of rum and brandy. Follow the basic recipe and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Fifteen portions.
Cold punches. Orange punch. Put in a saucepan 175g caster sugar and 175 ml water and heat gently until the sugar dissolves. Cool. Pour the juice of 15 oranges and 2 lemons into a large bowl of punch. Add 2 bottles of dry white wine, 400 ml of vodka, sugar solution and 15 ice cubes. Serve well chilled and decorated with orange slices and grated orange peel. Fifteen portions.
Alcoholic cocktails. Jamaican glow
Put in a food processor, 150 ml gin and dark rum, 225 ml of red wine and 150 ml orange juice. Stir for 30 seconds. Pour into a well-chilled glasses and garnish with pieces of fresh exotic fruits. Serves four.
