Avocado – 4 ripe
Lime – 8 tablespoons Green lemon juice + 1 tsp. Grated bark
Powdered sugar – 175 g
Cream – 225 ml thick
Method of preparation
Locate the avocado, remove the stones and carve it. Cut the pulp of avocados.
Mix it in a kitchen robot with sugar, lemon juice, grated bark, and half cream. Pure well.
Brush the remaining cream to make it thicker yet. Spread the cream into 8 dessert cups. Garnish with cream and sliced lime as desired.
If desired, you can garnish the cream with peppermint leaves, nuts or slices of bananas and strawberries with which the taste of avocado is very well suited.

Walnuts – 100 g (ground)
Honey – 3 tablespoons
Cocoa – 2 tablespoons
Coconut sawdust – 2 tablespoons

Bananas and avocado blend with the blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
