Priority in their rating has content of antioxidants – commonly called the elements with the ability to fight free radicals.
Free radicals are a special type of molecules that are able to destroy other molecules or even cells of the human body. By nature they should fight bacteria and viruses, to participate in the formation of hormones in the production of energy and other vital processes.
But with age, free radicals are becoming more and the body is unable to control them, so they’re going to destroy it from within. With the harmful effects of free radicals modern medicine connects the development of many diseases such as ulcers, cancer, arthritis, heart disease, and skin aging.
