How to make an exotic lean salad
Soak the kernels of the evening. The next day, the skin is very easy to remove, and the kernel is juicy and crunchy. The mosquitoes are cut into two pieces, and the dates are carefully cleaned from their stones.
Put them in a serving dish. To easily free the juicy grain from the pomegranate, we rub it on a flat surface (as we do with the lemons). After cutting, tap the half with a spoon. Add the separate grains to the sweet fruits.
Add the nuts. The other half of the fruit is squeezed into the citrus press. Pour the juice into a small casserole, add the carnation. We heat briefly on low heat. Remove and leave to cool completely.
The fragrance of the carnation has already been released, so separate the grains and add the tahana and sesame oil to the juice. If you want, you can add a handful of baby spinach. With the finished dressing, pour the salad and serve.
