Italians love eating cheese in any form, but Caprese salad with tomatoes mozzarella basil will definitely enchant them. The first meeting of many Italians with mozzarella and remained last. Maybe because mozzarella cheese is unsalted and when it is seasoned is a bit tasteless.
Caprese salad, however, was able to turn those ideas. Everyone’s favorite tomato perfectly combined with mozzarella and basil to turn from classic Italian salad in original appetizer for Bulgarian brandy or a glass of anisette or ouzo. A preparation it is so simple that any novice in the kitchen can use it to impress and surprise guests.
Necessary items Slateno Caprese with tomato, mozzarella and basil:
1. 2 large tomatoes
2. 2 “balls” mozzarella
3. 10-something fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried
4. 3-4 tablespoons olive oil and salt, 1-2 tablespoons balsamic optional

The recipe for Caprese salad with tomatoes mozzarella basil in three steps:
1. Slicing tomatoes and mozzarella on wheels and arrange them on a plate, with each circle tomato paste in a circle mozzarella cheese. You can arrange them in a circle, overlapping the edges of each piece, or be independent.
2. After you initiate tomatoes and mozzarella comes basil. If using fresh basil, you can put one leaf on each piece of mozzarella, or cut it into very small pieces and sprinkle over the entire salad as it is in the picture. If using dried basil, then just sprinkle the salad with it.
Salad “Caprese” becomes much more delicious with fresh basil because it gives more freshness and is much more aromatic than dried basil.
Unfortunately fresh basil is almost “undetectable” in most stores only big chains offer this fresh spice. Fresh basil is of course and the market. The easiest way is however to sow in a pot and to grow it at home. This will have fresh basil whenever you need.
3.Salatata seasoned with salt and a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. If you balsamic vinegar, or do not like very much sour, you can season it only with olive oil.
