Yin and Yang foods and their balance according to Chinese beliefs. Foods are the qualities of yin and yang energies. It is believed that if you eat only yang foods or only with in-foods, your health will be damaged.
This, according to Chinese beliefs occurs because the equilibrium of yin and yang in the body. There are products that are wholly or yin yang, yin or yang just dominate them.
When feeding is good harmoniously combine yin and yang products. None of the energies should not be too small or too pronounced.

Of cereal products with qualities of Yin are oats, barley, rye, corn and qualities of energy Yang are rice, wheat and buckwheat.
From vegetables Yin qualities are eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, bean products, cucumbers, asparagus, artichokes, cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms, peas, beets, celery and garlic. By Ian qualities distinguish these vegetables: green leafy vegetables, carrots, pumpkin, radish, onions, lettuces, radishes.
In dairy products range are curd, butter, cream, milk, processed cheese, margarine and cheese curd base. Hard cheeses and cheese from sheep’s milk products are Yan.
Yin energy are pike, turbot, trout, eels, crabs and oysters. The catfish and shrimp, salmon, caviar, tuna and sardines are yang energy.
With the yin energy are pork, beef, lamb and mutton, rabbit and egg yolks, and Yan energy are chicken, duck, turkey and protein and veal meat and wild birds.
In fruits are bananas, dates, prunes, oranges, pineapple, lemon, mango, pears, grapes, watermelon, peaches.
Yang fruits are strawberries and apples, and the bark of the watermelon which can be used in the form of jam.
