These foods increase aggression
These foods increase aggression and give rise to addiction! The foods we eat have a direct impact on our mood and our behavior patterns. A recent study conducted at Oxford in the UK, revealed that the consumption of unhealthy foods (such as those in fast food restaurants), can lead to irritability, aggressiveness, especially obesity and addiction.
According to Dr. Drew Ramsey, head of the study, the main reason for eating disorder is the lack of certain nutrients. Without the proper nutrients the body can not produce the necessary hormones to have a clear and positive thinking, balanced state of mind, with the result that provoke unsafe behavior.
Deficiencies of magnesium, manganese, vitamin C and B vitamins, can make a person overactive. Research conducted at the University of Navarra, in collaboration with the University of Las Palmas has shown a correlation between consumption of junk food and depressive syndrome „E“. The analysis is for 6 years, observed 8964 volunteers who had never suffered from depression or were taking antidepressants.
It has been found that the consumption of hamburgers, fries, snacks, sweet and non-alcoholic beverages, increase the risk to 51% of the onset of mental disorders. According to the survey, the root of the malaise are trans fatty acids, which are present in significant quantities in industrial products.
Trans fats interfere with the Omega-3 fatty acids, which are connected to the positive effect on mood and behavior. The elimination of unhealthy foods such as sugar, sugary drinks and foods from fast food restaurants, can help mood swings. And therefore they should consume foods that have a low glikimichen index and absorbed slowly.
Junk food leads to an immediate effect satisfactory but generates addictive and leads to physical illness (especially cardiovascular). So if you want to restrict aggression and to protect your children from violence – restrict them from the diet in fast food!
