Seven tricks in the morning for health
Here are seven tricks in the morning for health which will benefit you for a fruitful day.
1. A glass of water immediately after sleep
This will rehydrate your body. You will notice positive changes as radiant skin and better digestion. If you add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, your body wins bonus points.
2. No phone / Facebook or emails at least an hour
Do you sleep with your mobile phone and is this the first thing that catches the morning? Terrible habit that unless everything is very harmful. If you choose to resist the temptation to check your email and Facebook, at least for an hour after waking up, then you will find that your mind is more focused and happy.
3. Think of one thing you are grateful
It will charge you with positivity throughout the day. And if you find 3, 5 or more things – even better!
4. Step outside and take a deep breath
Fill your lungs with fresh air. Even if it’s cold outside. It only takes 10 seconds! But I will remind you that you are alive!
5. Move Your Body
Not necessarily to do an intense workout before breakfast. Just do a few simple exercises. Or turn on your favorite song and rock it – whether someone is watching you.
6. Take time for a healthy breakfast
Instead bite box of cereal, focus on the acquisition of real food in your body. Shakes are a great choice (and takes no time to prepare them). Try it.
7. I can
Look in the mirror and say something positive about yourself. Some ideas: radiate beauty, confidence and grace. Every cell in my body is healthy and vibrant. I feel great when I take care of myself.
