Fried rice and mushrooms food for vegetarians, and not only for them.

This tasty dish with rice dish is full, even served individually. Serve with a crunchy salad of green cabbage.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
225 g or 1 ¼ cups, long grain rice
15 ml or 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 whole egg, lightly broken
2 cloves garlic, crushed well
175 g or 1 ¼ cups mushrooms with Panchetata, cut into slices
15 ml or 1 tablespoon soy sauce
1.5 g or ¼ teaspoon salt
2 ½ mL or ½ teaspoon sesame oil
cucumber for garnish, cut into long thin strips
Method of preparation
1 Wash the rice under running water and drain it well. Put it in a pan, measure the thickness of the layers of rice, and drop a pointer in it. Then put your index finger on top of layers of rice and still weigh as much as a lower cold water.

2 Allow the water to boil. Stir, cook another few minutes, then sandwiching the pan. Reduce the heat and stew rice for 5-8 minutes until absorb all the water.

3 Preheat 5 ml or 1 teaspoon sunflower oil in a frying pan or wok. Pour beaten egg and stir with a wooden spoon until hardened. Remove the fried egg from the pan and set it aside.

4 Heat and the rest of sunflower oil in a frying pan or wok. Cook, stirring constantly, garlic for a few seconds, add the mushrooms and fry, always stirring, 2 minutes more. Pour a little water, if necessary, so as not to burn the mixture.

5 Pour on top cooked rice and fry for about 4 minutes or until rice become hot, stirring occasionally. Add bits of fried egg, soy sauce, salt and sesame oil. Fry for 1 minute as the dish again become hot. Serve immediately, garnished with cucumber strips.
