Chicken legs – 1 kg salt, pepper, balsamic glaze, olive oil, butter – ’70, flour – 4 tablespoons milk – 500 ml cooking cream – 100 ml, marinated mushrooms – 150 g baby carrots, honey – 1 tsp soy sauce – 2 tbsp
How to cook chicken with bechamel sauce
Clean legs, season them with salt, pepper and brush them with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Arrange them in a baking dish and bake until golden. Heat the oil in a suitable container, add the flour and mix.
Pour a thin stream of milk and stir until uniform. Season with salt and pepper. When the sauce is ready, add cream, stir well and remove from heat.
Add marinated mushrooms previously drained from marinade. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil, add the soy sauce, honey and baby morkovchetata. Cook until the liquid evaporates and morkovchetata are glazed. In a suitable dish arrange legs, glazed carrots and pour sauce.

chicken legs – 4. apples – 2 pcs. onions – 250 g shallots, parsnips – 600 g bay leaf – 6. olive oil – 2 tbsp maple syrup – 2 tablespoons vinegar – 2 tbsp apple, pepper, salt.
Preparation of chicken glazed with maple syrup
Cut the legs in several places and put them in the pan with the cleaned and chopped apples, onions and parsnips, and bay leaves.
Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour on top. Bake the dish in a preheated 190 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes.
